Where are the pieces made ?
The pendants in our vintage collection are sourced worldwide.
Our core collection is crafted in a family-owned factory in Tuscany, Italy.
What materials are the pieces made of ?
Most of our vintage pieces are sourced second-hand, and as a result, we cannot guarantee their composition.
However, quality is important to us and we do our best to source genuine gold-plated and silver pendants.
Our core collection is made of sterling silver. Gold pieces are covered in a thick layer of 18k gold plating.
How do I look after my Heaven Mayhem pieces ?
To keep your necklace looking perfect, store it in the Heaven Mayhem pouch and do not expose to water.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must unworn and sent back to us in the original condition, with all original packaging including the Heaven Mayhem pouches.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of our limited edition Vintage Collections.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
