We are proud to work with suppliers across the globe throughout USA, Italy and Asia to produce our products.
Our belts are handmade completely in Los Angeles, USA. We work with family owned and operated suppliers to create every part of the belt.
Is Heaven Mayhem Ethical and Sustainable?
At Heaven Mayhem, we value quality and ethical production.
All of our pieces are made in
small batches to reduce environmental impact. Our products are predominantly packaged in reusable pouches that you can use time and time again to further reduce our environmental impact.
Additionally, we are committed to operating under the most stringent ethical standards.
Our factories and suppliers are properly vetted to ensure that they share our commitment to transparency, ethics and sustainability.

SHIPPING TIMES DURING SALE PERIOD
Due to the influx of order during our BFCM, please allow extra time for processing your order. We are grateful for all your support and as a small business, are working around the clock to get your orders out to you!
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.
We have recently added more affordable international shipping options - available at checkout.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates:
USA Express Delivery – Overnight
USA Standard Delivery – 2 - 5 Days
International Delivery – 5 - 7 Days
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we are worldwide baby. We offer global shipping to all destinations.
We offer two international shipping options at checkout.
Option 1: Shipped via DHL, upon arrival you may have to pay additional taxes and duties based on the import laws of your country.
Option 2: Shipped via PASSPORT. This option calculates all tax, duty and shipping and provides the rate at checkout. When your order arrives, you will pay no additional fees.
Will I Pay Duties and Taxes?
Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by Heaven Mayhem.
However we have an option at checkout to pre-pay tax and duty to avoid costs when the item arrives.
Return Policy During SALE
All purchases made during the BFCM Sale will be final sale and not eligible for return. Happy Shopping!
What is Your Return Policy?
We would be happy to help you exchange or return your order! We strive to make our customers happy any way we can.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging including the Heaven Mayhem pouches.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
What is Your Return Policy for Earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings.
We do understand that change of mind can occur and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you a credit note to our store.
What is Your Return Policy for Belts?
As our belts are handmade completely in Los Angeles and we operate on a drop basis, we are unable to accept returns for refunds.
If the belt doesn't quite work for you, we would be happy to offer you a credit note to our store.
How Do I Process a Return?
To process a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
Heaven Mayhem will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.
