How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.

We have recently added more affordable international shipping options - available at checkout.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates: 

USA Standard Delivery – Shipped time: 3-6 Days, Processing Time 1-2 business days

USA Express Delivery – Shipped time: 2-4 days, Processing Time: 1-2 business days

USA Overnight Delivery – Shipped time: 1 day, Processing Time: 1-2 business days

International Delivery Standard - 10 - 14 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

International Delivery Express – 5 - 7 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

All items are packed with love and care and shipped from our warehouse facility in Atlanta, USA.

Will I Pay Duties and Taxes?

Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by Heaven Mayhem. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.

What is Your Return Policy?

We would be happy to help you return or exchange your order!

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please contact us at info@heavenmayhem.com to begin your returns process.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange or provide a credit note!

What is Your Return Policy for Earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings.

We do understand that change of mind can occur and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you a credit note to our store.

How Do I Process a Return?

To process a return, please contact info@heavenmayhem.com

In your email please include:

- Your Order Number

- Reason for Return

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

Heaven Mayhem will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.

I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?

Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes. If you do make a mistake on your order - please contact us at info@heavenmayhem.com and we will assist.
