Is Heaven Mayhem Ethical and Sustainable?

At Heaven Mayhem we value quality and ethical production.

We choose to make pieces in smaller runs to limit over production and wastage.

While creating new products is inherently unsustainable, we aim to create pieces that will live in your closet for a lifetime, in an effort to reduce overconsumption.

When working with suppliers and manufacturers we pass on our ethical standards at Heaven Mayhem and work with partners who align with our values. Many of our partners are family-run businesses that we are proud to support and work alongside.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.

We have recently added more affordable international shipping options - available at checkout.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates: 

USA Standard Delivery – Shipped time: 3-6 Days, Processing Time 1-2 business days

USA Express Delivery – Shipped time: 2-4 days, Processing Time: 1-2 business days

USA Overnight Delivery – Shipped time: 1 day, Processing Time: 1-2 business days

International Delivery Standard - 10 - 14 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

International Delivery Express – 5 - 7 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

*Please allow for slightly longer processing times during our Black Friday Sale.

All items are packed with love and care and shipped from our warehouse facility in Atlanta, USA.

Will I Pay Duties and Taxes?

Yes – depending on your shipping destination, import duties and taxes may apply.

We partner with OpenBorder to calculate all shipping, duties, and taxes upfront at checkout. Everything is shown before you place your order so there are no surprises on delivery. We ship DDP, which means all import charges are taken care of in advance for a seamless and transparent experience.

We recommend reviewing your country’s tax and duty regulations before ordering.

RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Process:

  • Items are eligible for returns within 10 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • To initiate a return, please visit our Redo Return Portal.
  • All sale items purchased during our Archive Sale are final sale. Exceptions will apply to lost or damaged orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
  • Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
  • The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.

International Orders:

  • We do not offer a return option for international orders.
  • To ensure faster delivery and avoid delays, we highly recommend pre-paying duty taxes at checkout. Pre-paying duties helps prevent parcels from being held at local sorting facilities or waiting for email instructions from local couriers on how to settle taxes.
  • For orders shipping to the Middle East, the best option is to select express shipping to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery.

Earrings Policy:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings.
  • We understand that a change of mind can occur, and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you a credit note to our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us at info@heavenmayhem.com with your order details and pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Site-Wide Sales & Final Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Returning a Gift:

  • If you wish to return a gift, you can access our Redo Return Portal to initiate the process.
  • Please note that all other return and exchange policies, including eligibility criteria and shipping costs, still apply.

Additional Policies:

  • Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.

I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?

Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes. If you do make a mistake on your order - please contact us at info@heavenmayhem.com and we will assist.
