SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are looking for a Director of Wholesale to lead our North American business and support our global growth.
The Role
The Wholesale Sales Operations Manager owns all wholesale execution once a sale is made. This role is responsible for order processing, logistics, compliance, EDI, and systems across both US and international wholesale business. They work closely with the Director of Wholesale and the Operations team to ensure orders are executed accurately, on time, and profitably. This role is the backbone of wholesale. It ensures that what is sold is delivered cleanly, compliantly, and at scale.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in wholesale ops or sales ops
- Strong experience supporting major retailers and specialty accounts
- Hands-on experience with EDI, compliance, and chargeback management
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and wholesale logistics
- Familiarity with NuOrder, Mirakl, Shopify Collective, and ERP systems
- Highly detail-oriented, systems-driven, and operationally strong
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Execution
- Own PO intake, validation, confirmations, and order entry across all wholesale accounts
- Manage order flow from sell-in through final delivery, including changes, cancellations, and reorders
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, quantities, ship windows, and terms before orders are released
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for wholesale accounts post-sell-in
Logistics, Fulfillment & 3PL Management
- Partner closely with the Operations team and 3PLs to manage wholesale fulfillment across US and international orders
- Own routing guides, ship windows, cartonization, labeling, and retailer-specific requirements
- Oversee ASN creation, packing lists, BOLs, and all shipping documentation
- Support international wholesale shipments including export documentation, Incoterms, and delivery coordination
- Proactively flag risks related to timing, inventory, or capacity
EDI, Compliance & Chargebacks
- Own EDI coordination and troubleshooting across major retail partners
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements to minimize chargebacks and deductions
- Track, research, and resolve chargebacks in partnership with Finance and Ops
- Maintain compliance documentation and retailer onboarding requirements
Sales Operations & Systems
- Manage wholesale platforms including NuOrder, Mirakl, and Shopify Collective
- Maintain line sheets, pricing, costs, and margin accuracy across systems
- Own SKU setup, UPCs, and master data accuracy for wholesale
- Build and maintain operational trackers for orders, shipments, compliance, and performance
- Support sales forecasting and reorder planning with clean, reliable data
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with the Director of Wholesale to support account needs and priorities
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, Finance, and 3PL partners
- Provide visibility into order status, risks, and execution timelines
- Support international showroom partners from an operational and systems perspective
Process & Scale
- Build, document, and continuously improve wholesale SOPs
- Standardize workflows for order processing, compliance, and retailer onboarding
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as volume grows

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our North American business and support our global growth.
The Role
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a $3–5M+ wholesale book of business across major retailers, marketplaces, and specialty boutiques. This role owns revenue, forecasting, and account strategy, while partnering closely with Wholesale Sales Operations on execution and logistics. This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who can drive growth across both key accounts and developing boutique doors, while supporting international expansion through showroom partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years wholesale sales experience in fashion, jewelry, or accessories
- Proven experience managing $3–5M+ wholesale business across majors and boutiques
- Strong forecasting, assortment planning, and analytical skills
- Experience working with international showrooms or global wholesale partners preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own and grow a $3–5M+ wholesale portfolio across major accounts and specialty boutiques
- Lead and grow key wholesale accounts in North America and Canada (Nordstrom, Revolve, Shopbop, boutiques).
- Maintain regular cadence with partners: sell-through reviews, reorder opportunities, margin updates, and seasonal collection presentations.
- Partner with the international team on global accounts to ensure consistency.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities including exclusives, expanded assortments, and new category launches
- Support new account acquisition across majors and boutiques in partnership with leadership
Forecasting & Sales Planning
- Own seasonal and annual forecasts by account and category
- Partner with Finance and Ops to align forecasts with inventory, margin, and production plans
- Track performance against targets and proactively flag risks and opportunities
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on account performance
Trade Shows & Market
- Represent the brand at domestic and international trade shows and market appointments
- Lead buyer meetings, line presentations, and seasonal collection walk-throughs
- Partner with Creative and Marketing to deliver compelling, on-brand presentations
International & Showroom Support
- Work closely with international showroom partners to support global wholesale business
- Provide product, pricing, and assortment guidance to showroom teams
- Partner on sell-in strategy, forecasts, and market feedback across regions
Account Strategy & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and retail partners
- Maintain regular cadence with accounts including sell-through reviews, reorder planning, and launch alignment
- Negotiate assortments, pricing, and commercial terms within approved frameworks
- Act as a brand ambassador across all wholesale touchpoints
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Wholesale Sales Operations to ensure clean execution post-sell-in
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on account launches and initiatives
- Provide clear direction and priorities to Sales Ops to support account success
- Build and mentor a wholesale support team.
- Set KPIs and create reporting structures to track performance.
Systems & Tools
- Implement and manage wholesale platforms (NuOrder, Mirakl, Shopify Collective).

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing including brand storytelling, develop influencer and creator partnerships, build cultural relevance and drive the brand’s organic revenue. This person will concept and execute campaigns, activations and partnerships that grow brand awareness and deepen our connection to the Heaven Mayhem community.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and own the 360° marketing strategy and annual calendar, aligned with brand priorities and product launches.
- Concept and execute integrated campaigns rooted in the Heaven Mayhem world.
- Create activations and partnerships that grow awareness and enhance cultural presence.
- Uphold brand consistency across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our tone of voice.
Content Strategy & Production
- Lead the development of content strategy across social, paid, email, editorial and owned channels.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s visual tone.
- Partner with creative and content teams to brief, plan and produce high-performing content that feels elevated while driving measurable reach and conversion.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (TIK TOK FOCUSED)

Heaven Mayhem is seeking a Social Media Manager with deep expertise in TikTok. This role will lead the ideation, creation, and execution of a high-performing TikTok strategy that fuels brand awareness, community engagement, and growth.
You will own the platform end-to-end, from filming and editing to trend-spotting, posting, analyzing performance, and community management.
Key Responsibilities
Tik Tok Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own Heaven Mayhem’s TikTok strategy, adapting trends, audios, vlogs, and formats into elevated, on-brand storytelling.
- Create, film, edit, and publish short-form content aligned with brand voice, visual identity, and business goals.
- Produce a variety of video styles, including vlogs, trend-driven videos, product spotlights, styling/try-on content, behind-the-scenes content, and photo scroll formats.
- Actively monitor emerging trends, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform updates, and integrate them into content in real time.
- Increase engagement by liking, replying, following, and using strategic captions, hooks, hashtags, and data insights to boost visibility.
Content Creation
- Produce original short-form videos (both on-camera and behind-camera) including UGC-style content and story-driven concepts.
- Write scripts, creative outlines, shot lists, and storyboards for short-form videos.
- Edit videos using mobile and desktop tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or Final Cut.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop lifestyle, product-forward, promotional, and campaign-related content.
Social Media Management

Sitting at the center of the digital ecosystem, the Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with Creative & Content, E-Commerce, and external partners to bring campaigns to life across paid, CRM, and onsite experiences. This role blends data-driven strategic channel thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth while maintaining a refined, consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of assigned digital channels — paid media, email/SMS, and onsite merchandising — in alignment with broader brand and marketing direction.
- Translate campaign objectives and briefs into clear channel-level plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Continuously analyze channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and executing improvements against defined KPIs.
- Report on channel performance, insights, and recommendations to inform future execution.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
- Execute campaigns across paid, CRM, and website in alignment with the centralized marketing calendar and campaign strategy.

- Maintain high executional quality — including QA, testing, and deliverability.
- Leverage data and insights to refine lifecycle journeys and improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
Website & Merchandising
- Own website execution — including onsite updates, campaign setup, and promotional merchandising.
- Optimize homepage, landing pages, and product merchandising for engagement and conversion.
- Monitor site analytics and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve UX, conversion, and content effectiveness.
- Ensure product launches, offers, and creative assets are accurately represented and launched on time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing within a modern DTC fashion, accessories, jewelry, or lifestyle brand.
- Preferred Tools & Platforms: Shopify, Klaviyo
